Parish Specific Mandates: The purpose of Parish specific Mandates, signed by Parish members, is to send along with the appeal after a decree of Merger or Amalgamation (Extinctive Union) is recieved by an individual Parish. The Mandates will assist in preventing each Parish from becoming a Subsidiary Church, which does not have the protections of a Parish, and is not required to provide Sacraments, Adoration, and Exposition, and any other Parish activities (See Beacons of Light website). Mergers leave Subsidiary Churches vulnerable to closure, sale, and/or demolition. Mergers are only to be used as an action of rescue when a Parish is unable to sustain itself.

St. Denis Parish Mandate Each St. Denis Parishioner 14 years and older must sign TWO. This is to have one original copy for your Core Team Procurator, and one to send to Rome. This stack of Mandates is to be sent after your Decree of Extinctive Union is issued. As these decrees have been received locally in other Parishes, it is time to collect these fast. You have only 10 days from date of decree file an appeal.

Holy Angels (only), Sidney Parish Procurator Mandate. Each Holy Angels Parishioner 14 years and older must sign TWO. This is to have one original copy for your Core Team Procurator, and one to send to Rome. This stack of Mandates is to be sent after your Decree of Extinctive Union is issued. As these decrees have been received locally in other Parishes, it is time to collect these fast. You have only 10 days from date of decree file an appeal.

This is to have one original copy for your core team leader, and one to send to Rome. This stack of Mandates is to be sent after your Decree of Extinctive Union is issued. As these decrees have been received locally in other Parishes, it is time to collect these fast. You have only 10 days from date of decree file an appeal.

Sts. Peter and Paul Parish (only) Procurator Mandate. Each Sts. Peter and Paul Newport Parishioner 14 years and older must sign TWO.
